Greetings! We hope that everyone had a happy and healthy (except for the over-eating) Thanksgiving. This e-mail announces that the GAPIMNY Steering Committee election season begins now.
GAPIMNY wants you! The new Steering Committee for 2009 will be elected at our regular monthly General Meeting on Jan. 16, and nominations for positions on the board are now open, and will close on Dec. 26. Any full paid member can nominate or be nominated, and one can nominate oneself. Attached please find a document outlining the various board positions. To make a nomination, simply send an e-mail to gapimny@gapimny.org naming the person, and the position to which you would like to nominate him.
