Come to our first General Meeting of the year.  And meet the new Steering Committee for GAPIMNY in 2014.  We’ll be joined by our sibling org, Q-WAVE.

At this joint meeting, we’ll talk about our visibility work in Asian Pacific Islander (API) communities, specifically with the Lunar New Year parade on Sunday February 2.  Learn about the recent history of the LGBT contingent for the Lunar New Year parade and the research on how to talk about LGBT issues to API communities, particularly who are older and immigrant.

Sunday, January 26, 4pm – 6pm
LGBT Center
208 West 13th St, Room 412

This meeting is open to LGBT API folks.  Allies, particularly family members, are welcome for this meeting.

Help spread the word.
