The Community Catalyst Awards banquet is an opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate the hard work of those who have gone above and beyond for LGBTQ APIs.
The night will be full of good cheer and good people, along with a 10-course banquet dinner, cocktails, a live DJ and a special cultural performance. We’ll also be honoring Ongina (Season 1 of Ru Paul’s Drag Race) for raising visibility on a national level for LGBTQ APIs and people living with HIV, as well as the Ng family, who have been fierce champions for trans rights and justice.
If you’d like to sit with GAPIMNY, sign up for a ticket using this form! Seats are $85 each, and all proceeds go to the National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance to help support its work fighting for immigrants’ rights, racial justice and LGBT equality.
You can also e-mail GAPIMNY at [email protected]gapimny.org if you’d like financial support to attend the event. No one will be turned away for inability to pay, and everyone will have a chance to contribute something!
