Join us for a discussion of traditions and customs at our special Thanksgiving meeting where we celebrate the diversity within Queer Asian America.

Preparations for the GAPIMNY *Fall Retreat in the Catskills* is well under way. This is the second year we are reviving this event and over half the spaces are already taken! The *deadline* for signing up is end of Friday, October 19th. Only 15 places total are available - Please sign up now before it is too late!Please note that in order to secure your place, you must pay $20 in deposit to Buckley, our Membership Chair. Emailing us to express interest does NOT secure a place. Buckley will be at the General Meeting on Oct 19th, so please make arrangements to meet him then to leave your deposit. October Meeting: Friendships in the Gaysian World
Are you “the gay friend” all your straight friends refer to? Do you have a fag hag? Can two gays just be friends? During this meeting we explore the relationships between gay asian men and their friends and whether being gay + asian inhibits or facilitates friendships with different social groups. Join us for a friendly discussion October 11th and, of course, bring a friend!
Also, for those who came last time, we will also devote some time to continue last month’s anonymous quesiton activity, and provide the opportunity for new folk to throw in their own questions.
