Weiben Wang, Co-Chair Responsibilities include, but are not limited to attending and presiding over the Steering Committee meetings, directing and coordinating the activities of the organization, representing the organization at external and internal functions.	Aaron Yap, Co-Chair Responsibilities include, but are not limited to attending and presiding over the Steering Committee meetings, directing and coordinating the activities of the organization, representing the organization at external and internal functions.	Postion Open, HIV/AIDS & Health Chair Responsibilities include attending steering committee meetings, providing physical and mental health information related to gay / bisexual men or transgender A&PIs through programs such as workshops and forums, as well as providing referrals to health-related resources and services where needed.


Adrian Leung, Administrative Chair Responsibilities include moderating email listserv and general email account, responding to basic requests for information, taking and distributing minutes of SC meetings, and other admin-related tasks.	Name Withheld, Social Co-Chair Responsibilities include, but are not limited to attending Steering Committee meetings, overseeing the creating, editing, publishing, distributing and disseminating of the newsletter.	Yan Li, Social Co-Chair Responsibilities include, but are not limited to attending Steering Committee meetings, overseeing the creating, editing, publishing, distributing and disseminating of the newsletter.


Greg Hom, Webmaster	Glenn Magpantay, Financial Chair Responsibilities include, but are not limited to attending Steering Committee meetings, managing the organization's bank account, proposing an annual budget, overseeing expenditures, and reporting monthly organizational finances and the annual report to the Steering Committee.	Alain Dang, Funraising Chair Responsibilities include, but are not limited to attending Steering Committee meetings, researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals, organizing fundraising events, coordinating donation appeals.


Stephen Kang, Newsletter Co-Chair Responsibilities include, but are not limited to attending Steering Committee meetings, overseeing the creating, editing, publishing, distributing and disseminating of the newsletter.	Eric Chiu, Publicity Chair Responsibilities include, but are not limited to attending Steering Committee meetings, conducting media/outreach efforts, developing outreach materials and press releases, possibly creating a media contact database, retrieving phone messages, mailing announcements on the list-serve and greeting perspective members at the general meetings.	Ken Takeuchi, Member-at-Large Responsibilities include, but are not limited to attending Steering Committee meetings and filling roles on various committees.

Simon, Newsletter Co-Chair Responsibilities include, but are not limited to attending Steering Committee meetings, overseeing the creating, editing, publishing, distributing and disseminating of the newsletter.	Buckley Yung, Membership Chair Responsibilities include, but are not limited to attending Steering Committee meetings, orienting new and perspective members, updating and maintaining membership database files, collecting and managing dues, and recommending membership guidelines.
